~50 words

Nicole Pinkham believes leadership is relational, never transactional. As founder of Impact Training and Consulting, she serves as a catalyst for transforming cultures and creating leaders that others want to follow. Her work has impacted thousands of leaders worldwide, from federal and state government agencies, institutes of higher learning, and foreign and domestic private organizations.

MBTI Certified and fluent in every major personality framework, she uses them as liberation instruments that define identity, never as labels, giving people an objective vocabulary for their strengths and blind spots.

Her core message is sequenced: know yourself to lead yourself, lead yourself so you can lead others. On stage she does not lecture. She invites. Audiences leave with practical tools they can use immediately, and a final invitation: "Will you join me in becoming a leader worth following?"

Nicole Pinkham believes leadership is relational, never transactional. As founder of Impact Training and Consulting, she brings 30+ years of developing leaders and serves as a catalyst for transforming cultures and creating leaders that others want to follow. Her work has impacted thousands worldwide, from federal and state government agencies to both foreign and domestic corporations.

She is MBTI Certified and fluent in every major personality framework: Enneagram, DISC, Five Voices, Big Five. She does not use them to label people. She uses them to help people define their identity, giving them an objective vocabulary for their strengths and blind spots, a way to talk about who they are without arrogance and without self-deprecation.

Her core message is sequenced: know yourself to lead yourself, lead yourself so you can lead others. On stage she does not lecture. She invites. She makes everyone in the room feel seen and heard and delivers practical tools you can use immediately, at work and at home. And she closes with a final invitation: "Will you join me in becoming a leader worth following?"

Nicole's keynotes pair rigorous research with the warmth of a Southern coach who treats love as the foundation and hope as the deliverable. On every stage and with every crowd, her throughline is the same: leadership is daily, demanding work. Know yourself. Lead yourself. Lead others. Change the world.

At home and in the community, she is passionate about creating courageous cultures filled with leaders worth following.

What Nicole speaks on. Drawn from her real stages.

Liberating Your Most Powerful Leadership Tool

LEDx Keynote · 30 min or 45 min · Self-awareness, identity

You are the most powerful leadership tool you have. Nicole builds the L.O.V.E. framework (Learn, Observe, Value, Encourage) and walks an audience from "what stories am I telling myself?" to "who am I creating space for next?" Closes with an embodied commission. Best for: leadership summits, executive cohorts, conference sessions.

The Power of Your Perspective: Leading Teams Through MBTI

ACSC Keynote · 60–90 min · MBTI, team dynamics, preference vs behavior

Built around the four MBTI dichotomies (E/I, S/N, T/F, J/P) as "panes" in a window of perspective. Pair-share exercises, the "1 to 54 numbers" proof activity, and the four-story-house metaphor that turns an abstract grid into a spatial map. Audiences leave with the distinction between preference and behavior, and a verb to use: flex. Best for: leadership programs, executive cohorts, intact teams ready to grow together.

Know Yourself to Lead Yourself: The Sequencing That Changes Everything

Conference keynote · 45–60 min · Leadership identity, transformation

Anchored in research from 67 leadership development programs that all said the same thing: self-awareness is the prerequisite. Nicole walks audiences through why most leaders skip this step, what it costs them, and why the sequencing (self, then team, then culture) is non-negotiable. Includes a stage-setting personal anchor story. Best for: industry conferences, HR leadership summits, organizational kickoffs.

📌 Three signature keynotes drawn from Nicole's actual stages. She can also build a custom keynote around a specific theme or organizational moment. Standard formats: 19-min "TED-style" → 45-min keynote → 60–90 min interactive with audience exercises.
